Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt sub out
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal

Cream Cheese Drizzle

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  • Mix sugar, oil, greek yogurt, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add salt, baking powder and flour, mix until smooth
  • Fold in cereal.
  • Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray.
  • Pour batter into pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool on cooling rack.

Cream Cheese Drizzle

  • Beat cream cheese butter and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Add milk, beat until smooth.
