- 1 ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt sub out
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
Cream Cheese Drizzle
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Mix sugar, oil, greek yogurt, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Add salt, baking powder and flour, mix until smooth
Fold in cereal.
Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and allow to cool on cooling rack.
