- 21 oz can apple pie filling
- 30 oz can whole yams drained and cut in half
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a 9 X 13 sized pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Directly in the dish combine canned apple pie filling, and canned yams.
In a separate small bowl combine chopped walnuts and nutmeg.
Dollop butter sporadically over the yam mixture and then spread the nut mixture on top.
Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
