Ingredients

  • 3.4 oz package cheesecake pudding
  • 1 cup milk cold
  • ½ cup Rumchata
  • ½ cup Fireball cinnamon whiskey
  • 8 oz tub Cool Whip
  • ¾ cup apple pie filling diced (store bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional: Whipped cream graham cracker crumbs, extra apple pie filling or apple slices for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk, RumChata, and Fireball with the cheesecake pudding mix until smooth.

  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined and creamy.

  • Stir in the diced apple pie filling, breaking the apples into smaller pieces if desired.

  • Add about ½–¾ tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of plastic pudding shot cups, souffle cups, or regular shot glasses.

  • Divide the pudding mixture evenly between cups, filling to the rim.
