- 3.4 oz package cheesecake pudding
- 1 cup milk cold
- ½ cup Rumchata
- ½ cup Fireball cinnamon whiskey
- 8 oz tub Cool Whip
- ¾ cup apple pie filling diced (store bought or homemade)
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Optional: Whipped cream graham cracker crumbs, extra apple pie filling or apple slices for garnish
In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk, RumChata, and Fireball with the cheesecake pudding mix until smooth.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined and creamy.
Stir in the diced apple pie filling, breaking the apples into smaller pieces if desired.
Add about ½–¾ tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of plastic pudding shot cups, souffle cups, or regular shot glasses.
Divide the pudding mixture evenly between cups, filling to the rim.
Chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best texture. Garnish just before serving and enjoy your delicious shot!
