- 4 baked potatoes
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 6 slices of bacon cooked
- ½ cup of sour cream
- 2 cups Steamed vegetables

At the end of your cook time for your potatoes, cook your bacon and steam your vegetables.
Shred your cheese. Shredded cheese from a block melts better than cheese from a bag since that will have extra preservatives in it.
Create your lunchbox. I placed my sour cream in a small container and the cheese in the small side compartment. I didn’t want it to melt next to the warm potato till I was ready to eat. That is why I placed my bacon around the potato. The vegetables went into the large side compartment. Heat and enjoy.
