- 1 cup salted butter softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 ¼ cup light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- ¾ + ⅛ cup sprinkles
- ¾ + ⅛ cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 glass baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar for 3-4 minutes.
Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cornstarch. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix just until combined.
Fold in ¾ cup of sprinkles and ¾ cup of white chocolate chips.
Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Top batter with additional sprinkles and white chocolate chips (about ⅛ cup of each).
Bake blondies for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow blondies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
