- 7 oz block cheddar cheese cut into 1” cubes
- 2 cups salad greens
- 2 apples cored and cut into 1” cubes
- Balsamic glaze to drizzle
Cut the cheddar cheese into 1-inch cheese cubes. Core and cube the apples. If making ahead, toss the apples with a little lemon juice to keep them from browning.
Thread one piece of cheese onto each skewer. Fold a small handful of salad greens into a compact bundle and slide it onto the skewer. Add one apple cube.
Arrange the finished skewers on a serving platter. Drizzle generously with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
