Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 24 ounce of frozen corn
  • 12 ounce frozen baby lima beans
  • 1 large red bell pepper diced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh basil chopped

Instructions

  • Melt the salted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until lightly browned and fragrant, about 1 minute.
