- 1 ½ Tablespoons salted butter
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 24 ounce of frozen corn
- 12 ounce frozen baby lima beans
- 1 large red bell pepper diced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 Tablespoon fresh basil chopped
Melt the salted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until lightly browned and fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in the frozen corn, frozen baby lima beans, diced red bell pepper, and sea salt.
Cook for 7–10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the corn and lima beans are heated through and the bell pepper is tender-crisp.
Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the chopped fresh basil and serve warm.
