- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce
- 2 cups milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces as it browns.
