For the filling:
- 12 ounce jar chicken gravy
- 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups chicken breast cooked and chopped into bite size pieces
- 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
For the stuffing:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 6 ounce package stuffing mix
- *Fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat the oven to 375℉ and grease a 9x13” baking dish.
Whisk together the gravy, soup, chicken broth, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Fold in the chicken and mixed vegetables to the gravy mixture making sure the chicken and vegetables are completely coated.
Pour the chicken and gravy mixture into the 9x13” baking dish.
Stir the chicken broth, 4 tablespoons of melted butter and stuffing mix together in a medium mixing bowl just until moistened.
Use your hands to crumble the stuffing over the top of the chicken and gravy mixture into an even layer
Bake the dish for 30-35 minutes or until the gravy is bubbly and the stuffing is golden brown.
