In a large bowl, combine the contents of 1 box of Berry Blue Gelatin. I used Jello
Pour the 2 cups of boiling water into the bowl with the Jello mixture. Stir until the Jello powder is completely dissolved.
Add 2 cups of cold water according to the package instructions, you can replace some of the cold water with ice cubes if you'd like the Jello to set faster. Stir until the ice cubes are completely melted.
Pour Berry Blue Jello into the clear trifle dish or a clear 9x13 dish and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. You can also use smaller dessert glasses to make extra single serving desserts.
Carefully push gummy sharks and Swedish fish into the Jello dish. Place back into the refrigerator until Jello has completely set.
In another large bowl, combine the contents of the your other box of Berry Blue Jello and prepare it just like you did with the first box.
In this bowl after adding the 2 cups of cold water, whisk in 8oz.of Cool Whip.
Refrigerate the bowl of Jello mixed with Cool Whip for 3 hours.
Once Jello has set, remove Whipped Jello and Jello Trifle dish.
Add whipped Jello over half of the Jello ocean dessert, cover remaining half of the Jello ocean dessert with crushed teddy grahams to create the look of sand.
Add in teddy grahams with lifesavers, umbrellas, Laffy Taffys rafts, and any other fun creative ocean candy.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
