Homemade Ranch Croutons

- 12 oz French baguette cut into ¾” cubes
- ¼ cup canola oil or olive oil
- 2 Tbsp ranch seasoning such as Hidden Valley
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉ Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice baguette in half to make two manageable size pieces; slice into ¾” cubes.
In a large bowl; drizzle oil on bread chunks and toss with a large spoon until evenly coated.
Sprinkle bread with ranch seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
Spread bread chunks onto the prepared baking sheet in one even layer.
Bake at 375℉ for 25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, tossing halfway through. Cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
