Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 16 oz fully cooked ham steaks (2, 8 oz steaks work best)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ΒΌ teaspoon garlic powder
  • β…› teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • β…› teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  • Pull ham steaks out of the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before cooking.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ham steaks to skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through to lightly brown both sides.
