- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 16 oz fully cooked ham steaks (2, 8 oz steaks work best)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ΒΌ teaspoon garlic powder

Pull ham steaks out of the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before cooking.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ham steaks to skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through to lightly brown both sides.
Whisk remaining ingredients together and pour over the ham.
Simmer the sauce for 3-5 minutes, spooning over the ham steaks occassionally, until thickened and bubbly.
