- 5 cups cooked bite-sized pasta
- 2 cups extra-small fully cooked shrimp tails removed
- 1 cup frozen peas
- ½ cup matchstick carrots or chopped
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
- ½ cup full-fat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley for garnish
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, peas, carrots, celery and onion.
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, pepper and salt.
Add the mayonnaise mixture to the pasta and gently mix combine.
For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
