Ingredients

  • 5 cups cooked bite-sized pasta
  • 2 cups extra-small fully cooked shrimp tails removed
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • ½ cup matchstick carrots or chopped
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
  • ½ cup full-fat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, peas, carrots, celery and onion.
