Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook pasta according to package. Drain your pasta well and then return pasta back into the original pot. Add 1, 24 oz jar of spaghetti sauce. Stir until well combined and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until they begin to soften, about 3 minutes.
Add in sausage, ground beef, basil, 1 Tablespoon of parsley and oregano. Season well with salt and pepper. Stir and cook until meat is cook through, and no pink remains. Drain off fat. Add in the other 24oz jar of spaghetti sauce to skillet. Stir until combined. Set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and your other 1 tablespoon of dried parsley. Set aside.
Prepare a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spay. Spread half the spaghetti in the dish, then spread cheese mixture evenly over spaghetti. Spread remaining spaghetti over cheese mixture. Top meat sauce evenly over top layer of spaghetti.
Top with remaining mozzarella and bake uncovered for 35-40 mins, or until heated through.
