Honey Garlic Shrimp Lo Mein

This Honey Garlic Shrimp Lo Mein is so easy to make! It's full of veggies and shrimp. Takes only minutes to make and will be an instant family favorite!

  • 8 ounces thin spaghetti noodles or lo mein egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 package of SeaPak Shrimp Scampi
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 cup of carrots chopped
  • 1 cup baby corn chopped
  • Sauce:
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Optional topping:
  • 2 scallions diced


  • Cook noodles according to package and set aside.
  • Over a medium/high heat, cook garlic and onions in olive oil for 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in Seapak Shrimp Scampi and continue to cook for 4 minutes, making sure to stir.
  • Add in snap peas, and carrots. Continue cooking for 3-4 minute until veggies begin to become tender.
  • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt and pepper, set aside.
  • Add in noodles, and sauce. Stir to combine, and continue cooking for 1-2 more minutes. Serve immediately, and top with optional scallions
