  • 2 Avocados - cut in half and seasoned with salt/pepper and a squeeze of time juice to prevent browning
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz sliced chicken
  • 1 cup walnuts
