Healthy Frozen Banana Treats

These Healthy Frozen Banana Treats are the summer treat. They’re a cold, creamy treat that’s amazingly satisfying on a hot day.

  • Bananas
  • Nut Butter of choice
  • Variety of slice fruit or mini chocolate chips


  • Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice bananas in half long wise.
  • Spread you desired nut butter over banana.
  • Place sliced pieces of fruit or mini chocolate on top of nut butter.
  • Place in freezer for at least 1 hour, or until frozen.
