Slow Cooker Salisbury Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 32 oz package frozen meatballs
  • 8 oz package baby bella or button mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon minced dried onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 packages dry brown gravy mix
  • 1 ¾ cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional* fresh minced parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Add meatballs, mushrooms, minced onion, garlic powder to the bottom of a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
  • Whisk the gravy mix packages with the water until no lumps remain and pour into the slow cooker.
  • Stir and cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or high for 2-3 hours. Once the meatballs have finished cooking adjust salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Serve immediately over mashed potatoes or keep on warm until ready to serve, enjoy!
