- 32 oz package frozen meatballs
- 8 oz package baby bella or button mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced dried onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 packages dry brown gravy mix
- 1 ¾ cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional* fresh minced parsley for garnish
Add meatballs, mushrooms, minced onion, garlic powder to the bottom of a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
Whisk the gravy mix packages with the water until no lumps remain and pour into the slow cooker.
Stir and cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or high for 2-3 hours. Once the meatballs have finished cooking adjust salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve immediately over mashed potatoes or keep on warm until ready to serve, enjoy!
