- 13.25 oz cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- green gel food coloring
- 12 oz meltable chocolate
- sprinkles
Prep the Baking Sheet – Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
Mix the Dough – In a large bowl, combine the box of white cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and drops of green food coloring. Use a hand mixer or paddle attachment to mix until well combined.
Chill the Dough – Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the Oven – Set to 350 degrees F.
Form Cookie Dough Balls – Scoop 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake – Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown. Do not overbake!
Cool the Cookies – Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Melt the Coating – Melt the almond bark or white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Dip and Decorate – Dip each cooled cookie into the melted coating and sprinkle with gold sprinkles or green sprinkles.
Set and Serve – Let the coating harden or place the cookies in the fridge for 5 minutes to set faster. Enjoy!
