This is a necessity
Fair warning…. pumpkin recipes are my favorite! I make Pumpkin Pasta all year round, and my Pumpkin Oatmeal DOUBLE Chocolate Chip Cookies are the most requested dessert in my house. So I get super excited when fall is near, which is the perfect time to create new pumpkin recipes!
Have you ever had pumpkin cheesecake? OMG, yum! The only thing is, it’s time consuming to make. THIS Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip takes minutes to make and delivers the same amazing taste. I promise it will be a hit at your next Halloween and Thanksgiving gathering.
Our favorite dippers for this dip are graham crackers, apples or my yummy sugar cookies.

I was wondering if by whipped cream, you mean the stuff in the can? Like Rediwhip I think it’s called? Or can I use cool whip? Thanks, can’t wait to try this recipe….looks yummy!
Corey says
I have used homemade, rediwhip and cool whip for this recipe Stephanie, and they all turn out great (and similar). I hope that helps 🙂

How do you make pumpkin puree?
Corey says
You can make it buy baking your pumpkin, and blending up the pumpkin after it has baked and cooled.
Carolyn says
Have you used vanilla wafers to dip in it?
Corey says
Vanilla wafers, graham crackers or gingersnaps are yummy!
Megan says
Instead of pumpkin purée do you think canned pumpkin would work?? Hoping to make this for our family tonight so the option of baking a pumpkin is out! Many thanks 🙂
