Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu Bites

Chicken Cordon Bleu Bites Recipe - FamilyFreshMeals.com --

You guys know how I like to take delicious, but complicated recipes and make simpler versions of them. Like my Easy Crockpot Lasagna Ravioli…or my Easy Jalapeno Popper Dip.

This time, I’ve done it with a fancy French dish: Chicken Cordon Bleu. You know, the one with the chicken cutlets stuffed full of ham and cheese, which have to be rolled up, breaded, and fried one by one?

Yeah, well, forget all that. We’re doing this the easy way. All you need is some thin-sliced ham and roast chicken lunch meat, some sliced Cheddar, and a can of those totally un-fancy refrigerated biscuits. Yes, you heard me – refrigerated biscuits, the kind you whack on the counter to open them.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Bites - Easy Recipe your family will love!

Turning these four ingredients into Chicken Cordon Bleu Bites couldn’t be simpler. You just press the biscuit into the cups of a cupcake pan, layer the chicken, cheese, and ham on top, and bake them. No, I’m serious…that’s it!

These come out like little individual quiches. They’re great for picnics, lunch boxes, or any meal on the go. So they’re not just easier to make than the original Chicken Cordon Bleu – they’re easier to eat, too.
