Here’s an example of a lunch you couldn’t easily pack in a brown bag: teriyaki chicken. You can use my Instant Pot Teriyaki Chicken recipe OR you can use tender strips of chicken, drenched in teriyaki sauce, resting on a bed of white rice – all nicely contained in one of the larger boxes. A smaller box holds some lightly steamed broccoli for a side dish, and another one holds some cookies for dessert.

• 2-3  cups broccoli
• 4 cups cooked chicken

DIRECTIONS:
