WW 2 Ingredient Pizza Dough

This WW 2 Ingredient Pizza Dough is completely fat-free and packed with protein. Better still, it’s super easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup self rising flour
  • 1/2 cup Fage Total 0% fat free Greek Yogurt
  • optional Italian seasoning
  • Pizza sauce
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Toppings pepperoni

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix together flour and Greek yogurt to make the dough. It helps to flour hand while working the dough together to prevent stickiness. If using Italian seasoning add that in now. This give the pizza dough a great flavor.
  • Divide into two equal pieces.
  • On a floured surface, knead dough. Roll out dough using a floured rolling pin.
  • Place dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 3-5 minutes at 425 degrees F. Watch the dough so it doesn't get too browned. You are just par baking it.
  • Remove from oven and top with sauce and cheese and favorite toppings
  • Return to oven and bake for another 7-10 minutes, checking to make sure it doesn't burn.
