Baked Ritz Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops thick cut
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 64 crackers Ritz crackers crushed (about 2 sleeves)
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter cut into thinly sliced pats
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and spray a 9x13 or similar sized casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Beat the eggs with the milk in a large shallow bowl until combined. Set aside.
  • On a large plate or mixing bowl, combine the crushed crackers, panko crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and paprika until well mixed.
  • Dip the pork chops into the egg mixture to coat and shake off any excess egg.

  • Next, press the pork chops into the cracker mixture to coat both sides and edges. Transfer pork chops to your baking dish.

  • Add the thinly sliced butter pats to the tops of the pork chops.

  • Bake in the oven uncovered for 30-40 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through with a minimum internal temperature of 145F.

  • Allow the pork chops to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving, enjoy!
