Ingredients

  • 13.8 oz Premade Pizza Dough or Homemade Dough
  • 6 Eggs scrambled
  • 1 lb. Breakfast sausage cooked and crumble
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked
  • 2 cups Colby Cheese freshly grated
  • Breakfast Gravy optional for dipping sauce
  • Green Onions diced (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Roll out pizza dough in a 9x13 rectangle, place on a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Add 1 cup of shredded cheese to the dough.
  • Then add scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, and bacon covering dough completely.
  • Add the remaining cup of shredded cheese on top.
  • Roll up pizza dough, starting with the long side and pinch to seal the edges. Make sure the seals are down on the baking sheet.
  • Spread melted butter over the crust. Bake in pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with breakfast gravy and enjoy.
