Ingredients

  • 10 thick tomato slices
  • 10 fresh mozzarella cheese slices
  • 12 whole fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Slice the tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese into even slices. Arrange alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella on a serving platter.

  • Tuck fresh basil leaves between each layer.

  • Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
