- 10 thick tomato slices
- 10 fresh mozzarella cheese slices
- 12 whole fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
- Salt & pepper
Slice the tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese into even slices. Arrange alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella on a serving platter.
Tuck fresh basil leaves between each layer.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil followed by a generous balsamic glaze. Serve immediately and enjoy.
