Ingredients

  • 60 snap pretzels
  • 30 mini Snickers bars I used a 9.7 ounce bag
  • 1 cup almond bark about 4 squares of bark
  • ¼ cup crushed candy canes optional garnish
  • Festive sprinkles optional garnish

Instructions

  • Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Take half of the snap pretzels, lay them out on the sheet pan, and place a mini Snicker bar on each pretzel.
  • Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes or until the chocolate starts to melt and the inside is soft.
  • Quickly remove from the oven and place the remaining half of the pretzels on top of the melted candy bars. Gently press down to create a sandwich of pretzel with the snickers bar in-between.
  • Place in the freezer to chill for 15 minutes.
  • In the meantime, use a double boiler or microwave to melt the almond bark.
  • Once the pretzel bites have set, remove them from the freezer and dip only half of each pretzel bite into the melted white chocolate.
  • Sprinkle the pretzel bites with crushed candy canes and/or festive sprinkles, optional, while the chocolate is still hot.
  • Place the pretzel bites back on the sheet pan to let the chocolate set (about 20-30 minutes).
  • Use a nice plate to serve the final product.
