- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 oz taco seasoning packet
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 large tortillas burrito size
- 15 oz nacho cheese sauce
- 4 tostada shells
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup tomato chopped
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon oil
Brown your ground beef in a medium skillet. Drain off the extra grease. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, cook until the mixture thickens.
Scoop about a ½ cup of beef into the center of a tortilla and spread it in an even layer about the size of the tostada.
Top the beef with a few tablespoons of nacho cheese.
Place a tostada over the beef mixture.
Top the tostada with a quarter of the lettuce and tomatoes. Drizzle some sour cream over the top.
Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to create the pleats. Flip the wrap over to prevent it from unfolding. Repeat with the remaining wraps.
Heat your oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add a crunchwrap to the pan folded side down. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
