Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 oz taco seasoning packet
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 4 large tortillas burrito size
  • 15 oz nacho cheese sauce
  • 4 tostada shells
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup tomato chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  • Brown your ground beef in a medium skillet. Drain off the extra grease. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, cook until the mixture thickens.

  • Scoop about a ½ cup of beef into the center of a tortilla and spread it in an even layer about the size of the tostada.

  • Top the beef with a few tablespoons of nacho cheese.

  • Place a tostada over the beef mixture.

  • Top the tostada with a quarter of the lettuce and tomatoes. Drizzle some sour cream over the top.

  • Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to create the pleats. Flip the wrap over to prevent it from unfolding. Repeat with the remaining wraps.

  • Heat your oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add a crunchwrap to the pan folded side down. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
