- 2 pound bag frozen french fries
- 1 Tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 cup brown gravy
- 3 cups cheese shredded
- 1 large red bell pepper diced
- ½ cup bacon cooked and crumbled
- ¼ cup green onions sliced
- ¼ cup buttermilk ranch
- Chopped parsley optional garnish
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
Toss the frozen french fries with the Old Bay seasoning until well coated and then lay out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 23-27 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
While the fries are baking, heat the brown gravy on the stove or in the microwave, just until heated through.
Once the fries are cooked, drizzle the gravy over the top.
Sprinkle on the shredded cheese and then top evenly with the bell pepper, bacon and green onions.
Continue baking for 2-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and drizzle on the buttermilk ranch.
Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley, optional.
