Ingredients

  • 2 pound bag frozen french fries
  • 1 Tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup brown gravy
  • 3 cups cheese shredded
  • 1 large red bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup green onions sliced
  • ¼ cup buttermilk ranch
  • Chopped parsley optional garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Toss the frozen french fries with the Old Bay seasoning until well coated and then lay out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 23-27 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • While the fries are baking, heat the brown gravy on the stove or in the microwave, just until heated through.
  • Once the fries are cooked, drizzle the gravy over the top.
  • Sprinkle on the shredded cheese and then top evenly with the bell pepper, bacon and green onions.
  • Continue baking for 2-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle on the buttermilk ranch.
  • Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley, optional.
