Ham Cheddar Biscuit Sliders

- 8 grands biscuits 8 count
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey divided
- ½ lb thinly sliced deli ham
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- Optional* Fresh minced parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F and coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Carefully peel each biscuit in half and place the bottom halves in the dish, forming the bottom of each biscuit layer.
In a small bowl, mix the dijon mustard with 2 tablespoons of honey until combined.
Spread the mixture evenly over the biscuit bottoms.
Layer the slices of ham over each biscuit, then top with cheddar cheese.
Place the biscuit tops back on each slider to create a filled biscuit.
In a mixing bowl, stir together melted butter, remaining honey, and poppy seeds.
Brush this mixture over the tops of the biscuits.
Bake for 13–15 minutes on a baking sheet or in the dish until the biscuits are cooked through and golden brown.
Garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
