Ham Cheddar Biscuit Sliders

These Ham and Cheese Biscuit Sliders are one of those easy recipes that turn simple ingredients into something your whole family will get excited about.

Ingredients

  • 8 grands biscuits 8 count
  • 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey divided
  • ½ lb thinly sliced deli ham
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • Optional* Fresh minced parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Carefully peel each biscuit in half and place the bottom halves in the dish, forming the bottom of each biscuit layer.

  • In a small bowl, mix the dijon mustard with 2 tablespoons of honey until combined.

  • Spread the mixture evenly over the biscuit bottoms.

  • Layer the slices of ham over each biscuit, then top with cheddar cheese.

  • Place the biscuit tops back on each slider to create a filled biscuit.

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together melted butter, remaining honey, and poppy seeds.

  • Brush this mixture over the tops of the biscuits.

  • Bake for 13–15 minutes on a baking sheet or in the dish until the biscuits are cooked through and golden brown.

  • Garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
