- 8 oz package cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 20 oz can pineapple tidbits with 3-4 tablespoons juice reserved
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced cooked bacon
- ⅓ cup thinly sliced green onions
- Crackers tortilla chips, pretzels, cut veggies or bread slices for serving
In a large mixing bowl or serving bowl, blend together the cream cheese, sour cream and reserved pineapple juice until well mixed and creamy.
Stir in the remaining ingredients, reserving some for garnishing the top of the dip, if desired.
Serve immediately with crackers or refrigerate until ready to serve, enjoy!
