- 2 lbs. Ground Beef
- 1 lb. Beef Liver chopped
- 3 medium Sweet Potatoes peeled and cubed
- 12 oz. Fresh Green Beans chopped
- 3 medium Carrots peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Peas fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach chopped
- 3 cups Brown Rice uncooked
- 3 ½ cups Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Ground Sage
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
Drizzle olive oil in crockpot to prevent any sticking.
Place all ingredients into a large crockpot.
Gently, stir ingredients together.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Stir occasionally to make sure everything is evenly mixed.
Cool completely before serving.
If you are dividing portions out to freeze. Portion out 1 cup into each Ziplock bag and place in freezer.
Remove from freezer the night before to serve.
