- 6 frozen corn dogs
- 1 ½ cup prepared chili homemade or canned
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ⅓ cup red onion diced
- 2 green onions finely sliced
- Optional* ketchup and mustard for serving
Cook frozen corn dogs according to package directions for the oven.
Allow the corn dogs to slightly cool, then slice a slit lengthwise into each corn dog.
Divide the chili between each corn dog, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.
Return the corn dogs to the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for several more minutes until the cheese is melted through.
Remove corn dogs from the oven and divide the red onion and sliced green onions between each corn dog. Serve warm as is or top with ketchup and mustard, enjoy!
