Ingredients

  • 13.2 ounce package refrigerated puff pastry
  • cup Nutella
  • 2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a muffin tin with baking spray.

  • Unroll the puff pastry on a clean surface, with the long side on the bottom and spread the Nutella evenly across the puff pastry.

  • Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips across the nutella.

  • Roll puff pastry up from the bottom, as tightly as possible, to form one long roll.

  • Cut each roll in half to form two shorter rolls, resulting in 4 rolls total.

  • Now cut each roll in half lengthwise, exposing the inside layers, to get 8 half rolls.
  • Roll each half up tightly and tuck the ends underneath and then place in the prepared muffin pan.

  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 33-35 minutes or until the pastry is cooked through. Uncover and bake for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside, optional.
  • Let the cruffins cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan and serving.
