- 4 cups BBQ Pulled Pork
- 8 Bags of Chips
- 2 cups Cole Slaw
- 1 cup Pickled Red Onion
- 1 cup Sliced Pickles
- BBQ Sauce for topping
Open each individual bag of chips and crush them slightly to create a base for the walking tacos.
Place a spoonful of the BBQ pulled pork on top of the crushed corn chips in each bag.
Top with coleslaw or sliced cabbage, sliced red onion, chopped fresh cilantro, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
