- 3 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 large yellow onion sliced
- 15 oz can of apple pie filling
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Slice the onion and spread it evenly across the bottom of a 6 quart Crockpot.
Place the pork tenderloin directly on top of the onions.
Add remaining ingredients over the pork tenderloin, making sure it is well covered.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily slices with a fork.
Once done, slice the tenderloin and serve it topped with the apple and onion sauce from the crockpot. Enjoy!
