Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 large yellow onion sliced
  • 15 oz can of apple pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  • Slice the onion and spread it evenly across the bottom of a 6 quart Crockpot.

  • Place the pork tenderloin directly on top of the onions.

  • Add remaining ingredients over the pork tenderloin, making sure it is well covered.
 Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily slices with a fork.
