- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups white sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- Cooking spray
Grease the bottom of a 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Whisk together vanilla extract and egg whites until frothy.
Add the nuts to the bottom of your slow cookers. Pour the egg mixture over the nuts and toss to coat.
Add the brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon and salt and mix to evenly coat.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Spread cooked nuts onto a baking sheet to cool.
