- 1½ cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Preheat your preheated oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8-inch baking pan or prepared pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, coating the bottom of the pan and sides of the pan evenly.
In a large bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt using a sturdy spatula or rubber spatula until a sticky dough ball forms.
Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 2–3 minutes until the dough becomes smooth.
Shape into a ball of dough, then press evenly into your prepared pan.
Dimple the surface of the dough with your fingers. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.
Sprinkle the top with rosemary and sea salt.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges pull away from the pan.
Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
