Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat your preheated oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8-inch baking pan or prepared pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, coating the bottom of the pan and sides of the pan evenly.
  • In a large bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt using a sturdy spatula or rubber spatula until a sticky dough ball forms.

  • Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 2–3 minutes until the dough becomes smooth.

  • Shape into a ball of dough, then press evenly into your prepared pan.
