Fudge….. I don’t think I have ever met a piece I didn’t love. I know the idea of making homemade fudge sounds like a chore, but do you want to know the best part about this Rocky Road Fudge Bites Recipe? It’s made without a saucepan or candy thermometer. Two bowls and the microwave is all you need to make this decadenttreat.

So I don’t eat all this fudge alone (cause I would), I like packaging up this goody for a quick and easyholiday gift. Homemade gifts are truly the best, and one

Rocky Road Fudge Bites

Ingredients:

2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
1/2 cup butter or margarine, divided
1/3 cup water
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/3 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts

Directions:

1. Microwave half the chocolate, 6 Tablespoons of butter and your water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes, or until butter has melted. Stir mixture until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well combined.

2. While chocolate, butter and water are microwaving,line an8-inch square pan with foil, making sure theends of foil extending over sides. Set aside.

3. Adddry pudding mixto your chocolate mixture and whisk for 2 minutes. Next, add sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until well blended.

4. Press mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.

5. Microwave the remaining chocolate and butter in small microwaveable bowl for 1-1/2 minutes. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

6. Spread evenly over the fudge layer in pan.

7. Sprinkle with marshmallows and nuts. Refrigerate fudge for 2 hours or until firm.

8. Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into squares.
