Healthy Egg Salad Easy Lunchbox Idea
Egg salad sandwiches make a great lunch when you’re at home. But sometimes in a lunchbox, they’re terrible.
If you put something moist like egg salad between two slices of bread, wrap it up, and let it sit in a box all morning, you know what’s going to happen. By lunchtime, your sandwich is going to be a sad, soggy mess.
So what does this mean? Do you just have to save egg salad for those days you’re eating lunch at home?

Not at all! There’s a simple solution: go ahead and pack that egg salad without the bread. Just fill one compartment in your EasyLunchBox with homemade egg salad, and a second compartment with multigrain crackers that you can dip in it. Then, to round out the meal, fill the other sections with cool cucumber slices and sweet strawberries.
Now, when lunchtime rolls around, you can enjoy your egg salad without the soggy.
