Recipe Notes:

  • Making your own chocolate-covered strawberries- Dip strawberries into almond bark and add sprinkles to create your own themed cookies for your board.
  • To make pepperoni flowers- Layout out 6-8 pieces on a cutting board, in a single file line, overlapping each slice. Fold the bottom half up to the top half of the pepperoni slices. This will look like a half-circle line. Starting from the left roll pepperoni until you reach the end. If you want a bigger rose, you can add another few pepperoni slices.
  • Holiday-shaped bowls- you can find fun holiday-shaped bowls at Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Jo Ann Fabrics, Target, or even Walmart.
  • Add all your favorite savory and sweet treats to this fun-loving board.
  • I know you are thinking about how much I should get. The first question I would ask is if you are just making a smaller board for the family or if you are having a large party. If you are doing a large get-together, I suggest getting a variety of your favorite cookies and candy to create a large board.
  • If you don’t have a large serving tray, no worries. You can easily use brown construction paper and just lay it out on the counter or table, plus this helps with easy cleanup.
