One Pan Marry Me Tortellini
If you’ve been anywhere near the internet lately, you’ve seen the Marry Me craze — that creamy sun-dried tomato sauce so good it supposedly earns you a marriage proposal. Well friends, I’ve got the tortellini version, and I have a feeling it’s about to become your new favorite easy 30-minute meal. Let me introduce you to my One Pan Marry Me Tortellini recipe.

This chicken tortellini recipe variation is great with chicken, Italian sausage, or bacon. Brown your protein first, set it aside, then stir it back in at the end so it stays tender.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or low and slow on the stove. If the pasta has absorbed a lot of the sauce, add a tablespoon or two of broth or heavy cream to bring it back to life.
Just a gentle warmth. If you’re serving picky eaters, leave the red pepper flakes out entirely, or set them on the table for anyone who wants a little kick.

- Refrigerated cheese-filled tortelliniHeavy cream — this is what makes the sauce so silky.
- Parmesan cheese — freshly grated melts best. Fresh spinachSalt and black pepper — just a pinch of salt; the broth and parmesan bring plenty.
