For this lunch, there is an open faced cheese and ham Lorax sandwich on a bed of spinach, with vanilla meringue cookies and blue sky fruit snacks.

On the top left is The Cat in The Hat & 1 Fish, 2 Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish section, with 1/2 a Joe Joe cookie, topped with alternating strawberries and yogurt covered pretzels to make Cat’s hat. The hat is surround by gold(1 Fish, 2 Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish)fish:)

On the bottom left is the Green Eggs & Ham Section. There are 2 piece of veggie bacon and a shortbread cookie with a fruit leather center.

The girls were sooooo in love with their Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss Lunch! We had been reading all of these stories for bedtime this week, so the lunch was icing on the cake!
