Jumbo Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Jumbo Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies - Family Fresh Meals Recipe

The first time I ever heard about Oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookies, my reaction was something like this: “Good grief, how decadent can you get? That’s outrageous. That’s terrible. I want one right now.

Because let’s face it, you can’t be good all the time. You can eat salads and smoothies and lean meat all week long, and even enjoy them – but once in a while, you just get the urge to be bad and eat something totally decadent.

So after resisting for a little while, I caved in and made them. And oh, my goodness. Big, thick chocolate chip cookies, still warm from the oven, with that creamy Oreo stuffed right in the middle and the chocolate melting over it – wow. If loving these cookies is wrong, I don’t want to be right.

Now of course, a dessert this wicked isn’t something you want to make all the time. You save it up for when you really, truly crave it. But recently I started to get that double-cookie urge once again, so I whipped out my old recipe – and it was so freaking good, I just had to share it with you all over again.

No, it’s not good for you. But it’s so. worth. it.
