One Pot Garlic Shrimp Tortellini

Summer is officially here! Time to put on sandals, load up on sunscreen, and head for the beach!
Well, that’s what we’d like to do, anyway. But getting away isn’t always that easy. Our jobs don’t just do themselves, and the kids still have a ton of activities even when school’s out. So sadly, we can’t just go running off to the beach any time we feel like it.
But luckily, we have a way to bring the beach to us…stashed right in the freezer. With yummy frozen shrimp from SeaPak, it’s easy to put a little taste of the ocean into any summer day. We may be busy working all day long, but when dinnertime comes, we can still dine like we’re on the shore.

Can you make this with fresh shrimp? Or is the sauce in the frozen box?
I am not a big fan of shrimps but this looks so good. Will try it. Thanks for sharing !
I’ve made this twice with limited success. The first time I used sun dried tomatoes in oil from a jar which made the dish too oily. The second time I used the packaged kind and the tomatoes didn’t soften. Any suggestions? Both dishes tasted okay but I thought could have been better.
Many thanks!
