Pizza Sloppy Joes
- In a large skillet, brown sausage and ground beef until no longer pink.
- Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add oil, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms and cook for 7-8 minutes on medium; until veggies start to soften.
- Stir in tomato sauce, water, garlic powder, oregano, and basil. Add back in sausage/beef mix and pepperoni and heat until bubbly; about 5 minutes.
- Place bottom buns on a sheet pan. Scoop the onto bottom buns evenly between them and top with a slice of mozzarella.
- Place under broiler 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly brown. Watch carefully not to burn them.
- Top with bun tops and enjoy!

- 3 oz. mini pepperoni
- 15 oz. tomato sauce

- 1 tsp. oregano leaf
- ¾ tsp. basil leaves
- 12 hamburger buns
- 12 mozzarella slices
