Make lunch time as much fun as snack time.
Have you ever noticed how snacks are more fun than lunches?
Just think about it for a minute. What would you expect to find in a lunchbox? A sandwich, probably, with a piece of fruit and maybe some chips or something. All perfectly nice, but nothing to get excited about.
But now think about what you’d find in a snack box. Well, that’s a lot more fun, with all sorts of interesting little nibbles to munch on. Mini pretzels, crunchy carrots, fresh berries, and maybe some bite-sized chunks of meat and cheese on toothpicks.
Well, who says little snacks like that can’t be lunch? Forget the sandwich, and serve up some nice salami and cheese kabobs instead. Replace the apple with sweet strawberries, and add some little pretzels and carrot sticks to crunch.
And presto – all the fun of snack time in a lunch box, for kids and grownups alike.
