  • 1 medium yellow onion diced
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 2 large green onions sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 6 oz packages ramen noodles (2, 3oz packages) seasoning packets discarded
  • Optional* extra sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

For the sauce:

  • 1 ¾ cup beef broth
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
