Can you eat this with crackers too?

  2. This is chilling in the fridge as I type this. I am so excited to bring it to a party tomorrow night. I added a little dark beer, so hopefully it isn’t too liquid-y… Either way I’m sure it will be delicious!

    1. Sweet! I make a beer dip that is similar to this cheese ball recipe. I bet your ball will turn out GREAT! YUM 🙂

I’m going to a halloween party this weekend and want to bring this cheese ball. There will be 25-30 people should I double the recipe? If so are two smaller balls better than one large one?

  4. I like the idea of doing 2 small balls. You could keep one chilling for when the first one is gone. Or, you could also play around with a second flavor? Maybe make one spicy by adding some red pepper flakes or some hot sauce to the mix? Hope you have fun at your party! XO

It came out great! After seeing how big the first one was I didn’t need the second one. Everyone loved it.

When making this for people with allergies, do you have any suggestions on how to make a crust that would still be orange without using something with wheat or grains in it? Like nuts of some sort?

    1. I think sunflower seeds would look cool! You could add some orange bell pepper cut outs to make a jack ‘o lantern face to give it a touch of orange.
