I made it and it was great, the crushed doritoes are a nice touch!

  2. I loved this. My cream cheese was slightly softer than what I thought was good for a cheeseball so I thinned it out just a little more with greek yogurt, added 1/2 tsp of chili powder and dubbed it taco dip. Thanks for the inspiration. Next time I will use a different brand of cream cheese so I can do the cheeseball because I think it is SO stinking cute.

Made it – loved it! Very impressive looking appetizer. I used Hot Salsa and also served crackers in addition to the Nachos.

  5. I’m making this cute thing for a get together that is 1 1/2 hrs away. Would the Doritos get too yucky if I put them on before the drive? Thanks for your help.

    1. I think that should be ok 🙂
